ANN FINEWOOD RHOADES,
age 48, of 13 Kimberly Drive, Dryden passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, October 6, 2005 at The Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca. Mrs. Rhoades was born April 18, 1957 in Rochester, NY a daughter of Richard D. and Sheila A. Finewood of Middlesex, NY. Ann was graduated from Nazareth Academy in 1975. On December 28, 1982 she was married to Bernard E. Rhoades in Rochester, NY. Mr. and Mrs. Rhoades relocated to Dryden, NY in 1992. She is a communicant of Holy Cross Church. Ann was always involved in the community and school activities. Most of all she loved and enjoyed her family.
Survivors include her husband, Bernard E. of Dryden; her son Bernard R.; daughters Michelle I. and Sheila A. Rhoades all of Dryden; a daughter, Kimberly (Kathi Comstock) Rhoades of Seattle; brothers, Paul J. (Debbie) Finewood of Wayland and Martin L. (Debbie) Finewood of Rochester; sisters, Louise M. (Michel) Lessard of Springwater, Susan R. (Eugene) Choma of Rochester, Helen L. (Gary) Peregrim of Big Flats and Julia M. (Brian) Standera of Conesus; many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005 at Holy Cross Church, 375 George Rd., Freeville, NY. Burial will be held in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden at the convenience of the family. Friends are invited to call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Friday, Oct. 14 at the Perkins Funeral Home, 55 West Main St., Dryden, NY.
