ANNA LOUISE WELSER,
age 70, of 2 Ringwood Court West, Ithaca, NY passed away Thursday, June 12, 2008 at her home after a few months illness. Anna was born January 27th, 1938 in Ithaca, a daughter of the late William and Viola Haskins Fredericks. On Feb. 27, 1960 she was married to Harold A. Welser who survives. Mrs. Welser was employed years ago at Ithaca Textiles and more recently at the Country Club of Ithaca and P&C Food Markets on Judd Falls Road. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Harold, at home; her children, Lynn Ann (Terry) Oxford of Blossvale, NY, Michael (Lisa) Welser of Newfield, Karen (John) Coules of Webster, Suzanne (Mark) Whitley of Rochester, Kelly (James Lee) Mosher of Syracuse; a sister, Lillian (Karl) Jaentsch of Ithaca; thirteen grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Richard E. Welser and two grandchildren, Aaron and Robbie Mosher.
Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, June 17th, 2008 at the Perkins Funeral Home with Rev. Mildred Logan officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden. Friends are invited to call from 7 to 9 PM Monday at the funeral home, 55 West Main St., Dryden, NY.
