Anthony Joseph Zegretti

ITHACA - Anthony J. Zegretti, age 59 of Varna, NY passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Friday, January 5, 2018 at his home.
Born May 25, 1958 in Ithaca, NY he was the son of the late Dominic L. and Dorothy R. Smith Zegretti. Tony loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and a NY Yankees fan.
Tony is survived by his siblings, Filomena D.Z. (Frank) Hall of Ithaca, Cecelia R. (David) Richardson of Vestal, NY, Marguerite A. (Jack) Mazza of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Mark A. (Cindy) Zegretti of Hummelstown, PA; his son, Martin VanBuren of Ithaca, NY and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition, he was predeceased by siblings, Dominic L. Zegretti, Jr. and Susan M. Zegretti.
A Prayer Service will be held at 1 PM, Friday, January 12, 2018 at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 West Main St., Dryden, NY with Fr. Augustine Chumo officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Ithaca, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception Church, 113 North Geneva St., Ithaca, NY 14850.
