Barbara A. Elliott

Barbara A. Elliott, age 80, of Kings Mountain, NC formerly of Virgil, NY passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 at Testa Family Hospice House in Kings Mountain, NC.
Born September 16, 1936 in Cortland, NY she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Edith Sebranek
Reynolds. On January 1, 1955 she married Julian F. Elliott. She was employed for 32 years at the Virgil Elementary School retiring in 1998. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Cortland and a member of the Virgil Fire Dept. Auxiliary.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Julian F. Elliott in Kings Mountain, NC; children, Michael E. (Nancy) Elliott of OK, Terry L. (Kyle) Elliott of Auburn, NY and Donald W. (Vickie) Elliott of FL; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren; brothers, Edward Reynolds of TN and Neil Reynolds of AZ; sister, Judith Davis of NC and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am, Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Holy Cross Church, 375 George Rd., Freeville, NY with Father Carsten Martensen officiating.. Friends may call from 4 - 6 pm, Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 West Main St., Dryden, NY. Delayed burial will be in Virgil Cemetery.
