BARBARA W. HORTON, age 80, of Harford, NY passed away Friday, Sept. 12, 2014 at her home. Barbara was born July 27, 1934 in McGraw, NY a daughter of the late Floyd and Emily Latter Williams. She was graduated as the Class Valedictorian in 1950 from McGraw High School at the age of fifteen and from the Cortland Business Institute in 1951. Early in her working career she was a bookkeeper for several companies and employed at several auction agencies.
