Barry R. Barnett

BROOKTONDALE - Barry A. Barnett, Jr., age 53, of Harford Road, Brooktondale, NY passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Cayuga Medical Center.
Born October 25, 1962 in Johnson City, NY he was the son of Barry A. (Winifred) Barnett of Kaufman, TX and Marilyn Ketchum Seymour of Dryden, NY. Barry was a longtime Dryden area resident. He was a landscaper, contractor, and tinkerer who loved to hunt and fish.
In addition to his parents, Barry is survived by his spouse of 30 years, Debbie Pealo at home; his son, Barry A. (Jennifer) Barnett, III of Ithaca, NY; his daughter, Ania (Aaron) Wood of Brooktondale, NY; brother, Daniel J. (Elaine) Barnett of Moravia, NY; sister, Lisa (Jason) Hentges of Linn, MO; soon to be grandson, Aaron Wood, Jr. and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Monday, November 9, 2015 at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main St., Dryden, NY with Pastor Robert Smith, brother in law of Barry, officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery, Dryden, NY. Friends may call from 10 - 11 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
