Caryl Jebbett, age 82, a lifelong resident of Cortland, NY, passed away on Saturday April 23, 2022.
She is survived by her husband, Harry Jebbett of Cortland, two daughter's Barbara Boyd (Neil) of South Carolina, Brenda Jebbett of Maryland, Grandson Erin Sturdevant (Stacy) of Homer, three great grandchildren Raiden, Payton and Payge and two nieces Linda and Lisa.
She enjoyed taking scenic country rides with friends to look at old barns. She liked having picnics in the beautiful update NY parks, especially Fillmore Glen State Park and Emerson Park in Aubrun. She also enjoyed cooking, making Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake with Peanut Butter frosting, and shopping. Carol volunteered at the 1890 house in Cortland, where she always looked forward to meeting new people.
A private celebration of life is planned for June.
