Charlene E. (Teal) Hill

VIRGIL – Charlene E. Hill, age 75, of Snyder Hill Road, Cortland, NY passed away Friday, November 01, 2019 at home surrounded by her family.

Born September 24, 1944 in Johnson City, NY she was the daughter of the late Albert H. and Esther A. Ingraham Teal.  Charlene was a Registered Nurse and had been employed with Family Medicine in Cortland.

Charlene is survived by her husband of 53 years, Leslie O. Hill at home; son, Douglas Hill of Lebanon, PA; daughter, Amy Whittington of Marathon, NY and son, David (Melanie) Hill of Marathon, NY; eight grandchildren; brother, Laurence (Dee) Teal of Portales, NM and several nieces and nephews.

At Charlene’s request there will be no services or calling hours.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Children’s Room at Peck Memorial Library, 28 E. Main St., Marathon, NY  13803.
