Charlene Ann Stout

NORTH LANSING - Charlene Ann Davis Stout, age 56, of Sharpsteen Rd., Locke, NY (North Lansing) passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 21, 2016.
Born April 2, 1960 in Ithaca, NY she was the daughter of the late Leo F. and Mary Cornelius Davis. Never one to shy away from work, Charlene had been employed with several area Hotels and Restaurants. She currently was the cook at Linda's Diner in North Lansing. A member of the North Lansing Fireman's Auxiliary, she was very active with the pancake breakfasts and Election Day dinner and suppers.
Charlene is survived by her husband, Marc Stout at home; her son, Chris (Mandy) Stout of Genoa, NY; daughter, Katie (John) Darby of North Lansing, NY; grandchildren, Alli and Evan Stout; brothers, Richard (Karen) Wilson and William (Lorrie) Davis all of Lansing, NY; uncles, Ivan (Grace) Davis of Milanville, PA and Raymond Cochran of Cortland, NY; nieces and nephews, Curtis (B.J.) Wilson, Tracy Brewster and Tim (Kayleigh) Davis. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Edward L. Wilson in 2015.
Graveside services and interment will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, August 27, 2016 in North Lansing Cemetery with Rev. Jason Berga officiating. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be made to SPCA, 1640 Hanshaw Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850
