Charles Theodore White

Charles T. White, 88, of Ocala FL passed away on January 28, 2018 at Ocala Regional Medical Center. He was born on March 26, 1929 in Hamden, NY to the late Charles and Elnora VanHorn White.

Charles was a 50 year member of Ithaca Labor Union Local #785, and held memberships in Ithaca VFW and Moose. He was an avid hunter and a fisherman, enjoyed playing horseshoes, was always up to try something new, but most of all loved to spend time with his family.

In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his wife Mary J. Lupo.

He is survived by his sons; Jeffrey (Terrie Knettles) J. White of Ithaca, Charles (Elizabeth Wakefield) F. White Sr. of Ocala, FL, his grandchildren; Charles F. White Jr. of Ithaca, Kevin (Antonia Hamilton) M. White of Spencer, Travis (Shelby Augustine) A. White of Trumansburg, Jeffrey J. White Jr. of Rochester, Victoria M. White of Rochester, Tanya M. White of Rochester, great grandchildren; Brandon M. White of Spencer, Charles F. White III of Ithaca, Ever E. White of Trumansburg, many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 10 from 10:00 AM – 11:00AM with a memorial service to begin at 11:00AM at Perkins Funeral Home 55 W. Main Street Dryden NY 13053 followed by a graveside service at Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors.
