Charles (Chuck) D. Tanzola

Charles (Chuck) D. Tanzola, 64, of Lansing, NY passed away unexpectedly at his home on December 7, 2023. Chuck was born on January 3, 1959 in West Islip, NY and graduated from Lindenhurst High School. He went on to graduate from Cornell University in 1981. He began working with Bob Dean Incorporated in 1981 as a salesman, which then became Fusion Sourcing Group of which he was part owner, and VP of Business Devlopment. He worked there for 41 years. He was the president of the ERA Rep Association, on the board of Willow Glen Christian School and a Deacon at Asbury Church Assembly of God. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, in particular his granddaughter, Charlotte (Charlie). Chuck was an avid sports fan, loved playing golf and working around the house. Chuck is survived by his wife of 39 years, Pamela J. (Lewis) Tanzola, son Joshua Tanzola (Carey) and granddaughter Charlotte (Charlie) Tanzola. He is also survived by his sisters Donna Sutton (Doug Carpenter), Tammy Schnepf (Ed), Laura Harrison (Mark) and Dawn Tanzola Torres (Martin), his stepmother Barbara Scott (John), mother in-law Gloria Bowman, and brother in-law, Scott Lewis (Denise) and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his father Charles (Charlie) D. Tanzola, his mother Christine (Thier) Baglivio (Joe) and several aunts and uncles. Calling hours will be held at Perkins Funeral Home, Dryden, NY on Sunday, December 17th from 2-5pm. A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, December 18 th at Groton Assembly of God where there will be at 10am viewing and an 11am service. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Willow Glen Christian School.
