CHARLOTTE VIOLA MORGAN LOBDELL, age 87, formerly of West Dryden Road, Freeville, NY passed away, Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the Cayuga Medical center. Charlotte was born Nov. 9, 1925 in Groton, NY, a daughter of the late Lulu Irene Miller Morgan and Franklin W. Morgan, Sr. She was a life area resident and had been employed by many Ithaca families as a domestic and house keeper. Charlotte was a member of the E.V.F.D. Boosters for 22 years.
