NEW PORT RICHEY, FL -
Clellah M. Crump,
age 96, formerly of Dryden, NY died Sunday, February 15, 2004 at Orchard Ridge Nursing Center in New Port Richey, FL after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Crump was born on Barbour County, West Virginia the daughter of the late John and Harriett Wright Cook. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Harvey Dedrick and Gordon Crump. Mrs. Crump retired in 1972 from Smith Corona in Cortland, NY and previously had operated a day nursery in Dryden.
Survivors include her sons, Perry L. (Jean) Dedrick of Carmichael, CA and James E. (Anita) Dedrick of Medford, OR; her daughter, Mary L. (Frank) Hickey of New Port Richey, FL; twenty-one grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren; twenty great great-grandchildren; nieces ad nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Oscar J. and Herbert M. Cook.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Friday, February 20, 2004 at the Perkins Funeral Home with Rev. David H. Nicholls of the United Methodist Church of Dryden officiating. Burial, delayed until spring, will be in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden. Friends are invited to call from 1 to 2 PM Friday at the funeral home, 55 West Main St., Dryden.
