Born to Richard G. McMillen and Joanne Horvath McMillen on December 22, 1962. Cy passed away peacefully in his sleep on the early morning of Saturday, February 17th, at his home at 100 Woodsedge Dr., Lansing, N.Y., after having been ill off and on over the past couple of years, and a lifelong battle with Muscular Dystrophy. He was most known for his upbeat personality as he always had something funny to add to everything. Some may remember him from King Ferry Bowl where he was a mechanic in his early years and also a mechanic at Bowl-O- Drome back in the day. Later in life, he taught computer classes at BOCES and the Tompkins County Jail until his Muscular Dystrophy took its toll and he could no longer work. Oh wait!! He was a car salesman also in his younger years...he could sell anybody. Cy was an avid Raiders fan and collected memorabilia and lots of Raiders clothes. How about jewelry too!! Invicta watches were his go to, of which he had a massive collection. Most of all, Cy loved his family, especially his granddaughter, Madison, and his great grandchildren, Decklan, Elizabeth and Jayson. His niece, Brittany, had a little girl, Kaelynn, who spent a good deal of time with him and he loved playing with her, feeding her and singing. Still, he was most proud of his only son, Mitchell D. McMillen, who has become a successful entrepreneur. Surviving him are his son, Mitchell D. McMillen (Natalie); sisters, Jennie Dawson, Carol Bell, and Terry Lesiuk; granddaughter, Madison N. Stout and her three children, Decklan, Elizabeth and Jayson Stout; his niece Brittany Dawson; great niece, Kaelynn Dawson; and Lucille McMillen, his best friend and ex-wife who took care of him until the end. A summer Celebration of Life will be announced later. You are finally at peace and with the Lord whom you loved so dearly. WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE AND MISS YOU CYRUS!!
