David Dwight Totman, Sr.,
age 58, of Ithaca, NY died unexpectedly on December 8, 2011 in Ithaca.Born January 28, 1953 in Cortland, NY he was a son of the late Lloyd and Susan Reeve Totman. He was a Vietnam Era Veteran of the US Air Force, and he had been employed with Cornell Laundry in Ithaca.David is survived by his brothers, Carl (Judy) Totman of Harford, NY, Art (Ruth) Totman of Virgil, NY and James Totman of Cortland, NY; sisters, Nancy Griffen of McGraw, NY and Linnett (Shawn) Russell of Cortland, NY; his children, son, Patrick Dort of Odessa, NY and his children, Christopher Valentine, Kilya Kelly and James Kelly and grandchildren, Victor and Kayden; daughter, Venessa Ricker of Tennessee and her children, Brianna Totman and Daniel Oates; daughter, Valerie Collins of Tennessee and her children, Madison, Hayden and Zane; son, David Totman of Tennessee and son, Donald Totman and his children, Zoey and Xavier.A Memorial Service will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Harmony Methodist Church, Harford, NY with Pastor Katy Prince officiating.
