DEBORAH JO CORNELL,
age 53, of Burdett, NY passed away Saturday, April 2, 2011 at the Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca. “Debbie” was born in Waverly, NY on April 13, 1957 a daughter of John D. Beckman and the late Bernice Marie Drake Beckman. She lived for a time in Oklahoma and had resided in Central New York since 2002.
Survivors include her father, John D. Beckman of Slaterville; her children, Johnnie Ward, George Stetson and James Ryant; step-children, Ty Cornell, Tori Cornell, David Cornell, Jr., David Beckman and Alijah Cornell; her siblings, Dale Beckman, Sandra Hines, Timothy Beckman, Pamela Duckett, Wendy Dann and Daniel Beckman; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen step-grandchildren; niece and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother and a son, Joseph Stetson.
Funeral services will be held at 10 Am Wednesday, April 6 at the Perkins Funeral Home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Friends are invited to call Wednesday from 9 to 10 AM at the funeral home, 55 West Main St., Dryden. www.perkinsfuneralhome.com
