Deborah T Yaeger

Deborah T. Yaeger, 70 of Freeville, passed away Tuesday at Cayuga Medical Center after a brief illness.  She was born on March 13, 1951 in Ithaca the daughter of the late Louis “Skip” and Elizabeth “Liz” Brazo Taylor. Debby was a graduate of Dryden High School class of 1969.  She had worked at NYSEG for over 25 years; she enjoyed quilting, knitting, diamond painting and most importantly making her family happy.  Debby and Tom wintered in Hernando Florida and enjoyed spending time at the beach.

She was survived by her husband of 51 years Thomas A. Yaeger; her daughter Melissa A. (Tracy J.) Keem of Freeville; her son Joseph P. (Lisa) Yaeger of East Concord; grandchildren: Kaitlyn M. Armstrong, Aaron T. Keem, and Elizabeth Yaeger; few aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Friday, May 28  and the family will receive friends from until 5pm Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main Street, Dryden, NY 13053. In lieu of Flowers donations can be made to: Cortland SPCA, 879 McLean Rd, Cortland, NY 13045.
