Dominic V. Romeo

DOMINIC V. ROMEO, age 79, of 238 McClintock Road, Dryden, NY died, Saturday, December 16, 2006 at the Cortland Regional Medical Center. Mr. Romeo was born December 7, 1927 on the family farm a son of the late Joseph and Mary Gelanese Romeo. "Dom" was a well known dairy farmer and also had been a school bus driver for many years with the Dryden Schools. He will be greatly missed by his surviving family members including his son, Douglas A. Romeo of Dryden; his brother, Joseph Romeo; a sister Mary Romeo of Dryden; a grandson, Anthony Romeo of Burnt Hills, NY and several cousins. Besides his parents he was predeceased by two brothers, Nicholas Romeo and James Romeo and a sister, Rose Romeo.

Abiding by Dom’s expressed wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral. His cremated remains will be returned to the McClintock Road farm where he was born. Friends may make a donation to the charity of their own choice. Perkins Funeral Home assisted the family.
