DOROTHY ANN DUTCHER, age 89, of 73 Hamlin Street, Cortland, NY passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011 at the Cortland Regional Medical Center. Dorothy was born Dec. 20, 1921 in Virgil a daughter of the late Raymond and Helen Carrier Dalley. Dorothy was employed for many years as a cook at the Cortland High School. Her husband, Gordon D. Dutcher passed away Oct. 27, 1999. Dorothy was a lifetime Cortland Resident and an avid reader.Survivors include her sons, Roger (Ann) Dutcher of Casselberry, FL and Robert G. Dutcher of Cortland; grandchildren; Jennifer (Shawn) Dickmyer of Apopka, FL, Brian (Lisa) Dutcher of West Babylon, NY and Michael Dutcher, Columbia, SC; three great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Brooke Dickmyer and Nathan Dutcher; a brother, Roland Dalley of Summerfield, FL; nieces and nephews and cousins.Services will be private with interment in Virgil Rural Cemetery.
