Douglas Charles Linderberry

Douglas C. Linderberry, age 52 of Ithaca, NY passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 16, 2020 as the result of a motor vehicle accident.

Born February 28, 1968 in Ithaca, NY he was the son of the late Mary Burlingame. Doug loved all things about cars and loved working on them. He was especially fond of muscle cars. He attended church at The Chapel in Cortland, NY and loved his family especially his grandchildren.

Doug is survived by his children, Mariya Linderberry of Cortland, NY, Verble Shevalier of  Freeville, NY, Mary Smedley of Syracuse, NY and Douglas Linderberry of Johnson City, NY; his companion, Sharon Holl and many grandchildren and extended family members.  In addition, he was predeceased by his mother, Mary Burlingame O’Neil and step-father, James O’Neil and his very special aunt, Helen Freelove.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, private burial will be in the Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden, NY.  A Celebration will be held later when everyone can be together.
