Edward L. Wilson, 62, of Auburn Road, Locke, NY passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015 at home.
Born November 14, 1952 in Montour Falls, NY, he was a son of the late Leo F. and Mary Cornelius Davis. Ed was a carpenter and master wood worker, creating beautiful Amish style furniture for family and friends.
Ed is survived by his siblings, Richard (Karen) Wilson, William (Lorrie) Davis and Charlene (Marc) Stout all of Lansing, NY; nieces and nephews, Curtis (B.J.) Wilson, Chris (Mandy) Stout, Katie (John) Darby, Tracy Brewster, Tim (Kayleigh) Davis; an uncle, Ivan (Grace) Davis of Milanville, PA and uncle, Raymond Cochran of Cortland, NY; several great nieces, nephews and cousins including a special cousin, Doug Davis of Milanville, PA and his dog, Rosie.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the Faith Bible Fellowship, North Lansing, with Rev. Jason Berga officiating. A reception (at church) will follow the memorial service. Private burial will be in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden, NY. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Faith Bible Fellowship, 1004 Auburn Rd., Groton, NY 13073 or to the American Heart Association. Perkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
