ELEANOR M. PEASE,
88, of Satellite Beach, FL passed away at home on June 29, 2009. Born in Freeville, NY, she resided with her family for many years in E. Syracuse, NY where she taught 4th grade and Sunday school.
She is survived by her husband, William C. Pease, sons; William H. (Teresa), John C. (Mary Ellen), David L. (Rose), all residing in Central N.Y.; a daughter, Phyllis Riewe (Fred) of Satellite Beach, FL and two brothers, James (Henny) and Lloyd (Irene) both of Freeville, NY. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held in Satellite Beach, FL on July 14.
Local Memorial Services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, August 8 at the Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main St., Dryden, NY. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Farm Sanctuary, P.O. Box 150, Watkins Glen, NY, 14891 or any animal shelter.
