Fred Johnson

Fred was called home on New Year's Eve after a long Illness.

Born in Waverly NY, he was an auto mechanic in the community for 38 years. He loved muscle and classic cars, playing guitar, listening to country and classic rock music, dirt racing, NASCAR, bowling, a good movie and the occasional joke.

Predeceased by his parents: Myron B. Johnson & Pauline E. Dingy-Johnson and a brother: Kenneth Johnson. He's survived by his five sons: Frederick Johnson Jr. & Mitchell (Mayghen) Johnson Sr. of Newfield NY, Richard Johnson of Dryden NY, Joshua Johnson & Jesse Johnson of Candor NY. Four Grandchildren: Dakota Johnson, Chloe Johnson, SeannahSky Rose and Mitchell Johnson Jr. Sister and brother in-law: Beverly & James Liddington of Brooktondale NY and Irvine Russell Jr of Newfield NY, Also close nieces: Gail Lawrence, Rosemary Liddington, Mary Russell, Cheyenne Russell and Chantelle Russell and close nephew's: Kenneth (Rhonda) Johnson, James (Kelly) Liddington, Jonathan (Tammy) Russell and many great nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours are Monday, Jan 8th, 2024 from 12-1pm at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main Street, Dryden with a Funeral Service to follow. Burial will be in Willow Glen Cemetery both in Dryden.
