GERALD ESTELLE, Jr., age 84, of 755 Bowling Green, Cortland and formerly of Dryden, NY died Sunday, Sept. 9th, 2007 at home after a brief illness. Gerald was born April 9, 1923 at Candor, NY a son of the late Gerald, Sr. and Florence Pine Estelle. He was graduated from Candor High School in 1940 and from Cornell University in 1954. Gerald served in the Pacific Theater with the US Army during World War II and retired in 1987 after 35 years employment at Cornell University as a Research Station Manager. His wife of 65 years, Barbara Personeus Estelle, passed away January 16, 2007.
