GLENN MURTHA,
age 48, of 13 Railroad Street, Freeville, NY passed away Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2006 at the Cortland Regional Medical Center, Cortland, NY. Glen was born in Saratoga Springs, NY on March 4th, 1958 to Richard and Theresa Hughes Murtha. He was married Jan. 2, 1997 to the former Lisa N. White in Troy, NY. He was a loving father and grandfather. In the past, Glenn was employed as a handy man.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Murtha of Freeville; his sons, Richard and Michael; his step-daughters, Samantha Stetson and Leeanne White; grandchildren, Richard Stetson, Jr., Brandon Martinez-White, Bridgette Shaver, Matthew Cuebero and Jason Shaver; his siblings Kathy Seror, Barbara VanLoon, Martin Murtha, Richard Murtha and Mary Murtha.
Memorial services will be at 2 PM Monday, Oct. 23, 2006 at the Perkins Funeral Home with Mr. Terry Walpole officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends are invited to call from 1 to 2 PM Monday at the funeral home, 55 West Main St., Dryden.
