GLORIA L. STANTON,
age 68, of 33 West Main Street, Dryden, NY a daughter of the late Frank and Grace Dayton Howe. She was a long time area resident and was married Aug 27, 1962 to Lawrence Stanton. She was a devoted and wonderful wife mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Lawrence Stanton of Dryden; her children, Valorie J. (Patrick Emms) Benjamin of Dryden, Susan L. (Benny) Benjamin of Willseyville, Carole E. (Francis) Hayes of Cortland, Larry W. (Tammy Argetsinger) Stanton of Dryden and Lawrence Hamilton of Dryden; her siblings, Frank Howe, Jr. of Palestine, TX and Dot (John) Shevalier of Brooktondale; fourteen
grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a special cousin, June Lane; nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by three sisters, Gladys Caskey, Sandy Milks and Evie Bolster.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2004 at the Perkins Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Glen Cemetery. Friends are invited to call from 1 to 2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
