Joseph LaHart, age 34, of Route 227, Burdett, NY passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at home.
Born March 22, 1979 in Syracuse, NY he was the son of the late Larry Joseph LaHart, Jr. and the late Joan VandeMark LaHart Phelps. He was a talented mechanic with Scott Cole Motors in Mecklenburg, NY.
Joe is survived by his uncle, Jeffrey LaHart of Burdett; aunt, Lorraine LaHart of New Berlin, NY; cousins, Josh Hall of Groton; Jeremy Hall of Auburn, Austin Faucett of Binghamton and Alex Faucett of Groton; and half brother, Mike Manos. In addition he was predeceased by his half sister, Marie Manos.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 pm, Friday, September 20, 2013 at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main St., Dryden with Pastor John Iler officiating. Friends may call from 3-4 pm prior to the service.
