Judith Ann (Judy) Butts

Judith Ann Butts, 74, formerly of Dryden, NY passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Crown Park in Cortland, NY.

Born August 19, 1949 in Cortland, NY she was the daughter of the late Donald and Jeanne Fuller Butts. She was a bookkeeper for the Ithaca Gun Company and XCP Copier until life took her to Montana.  When she retired, she returned home to be with family.  She was a member of the Dryden Baptist Church where she enjoyed working with the kids in the AWANA program.

Judy is survived by her brother, Ronald (Laurie) Butts and sisters, Linda Ellis and Suzanne (Rick) Phillips; nieces and nephews. In addition, she was predeceased by her brother, Donald Butts Jr and brother in law, Loren Ellis.

Family and friends may call from 11 am until the service time of 12 noon on Monday, April 29, 2024 at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main St., Dryden. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to either Tompkins or Cortland County SPCA.
