Kenneston R Bleck

KENNESTON R. BLECK, age 72, of 1055 Bloody Pond Rd, Cincinnatus, NY died Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse, NY after a brief illness. Ken was born July 27, 1935 in Harford, NY a son of the late Ewald and Freida Jolish Bleck. Ken was a resident of the Babcock Hollow area, living on Hilsinger Road for 40 years. On July 18th, 1953 he was married to the former Freida Mae Miller. Mr. and Mrs. Bleck lived for seven years in Elizabeth City, NC before returning to this area on March 17, 2007 to be near family. They enjoyed making their home with a grandson, Jason Bleck. Years ago he was employed at Thompson Boat then Cris-Craft Boat and retired from ETL Labs. Ken enjoyed hunting, fishing, barbequing and spending time with his family. He will always be missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Freida Mae Bleck; his children, Jackie (Marco) Freer of Marathon, Delores (Danny) Salisbury of Willett, Colleen Bleck of Cortland and Dennis (Tina) Bleck, Sr. of Elizabeth City, NC; his grandchildren, Austin Freer, Jason and Joshua Bleck, Ashley and Jake Salisbury, Dennis Bleck, Jr, Schinell Ingalls, Kristopher and Jonathan Bleck; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Lawrence (Trudy) Bleck of Florida and Kevin (Ginny) Bleck of Hunts Corners; a sister Betty (Don) Patterson of Marathon; nieces; nephews and cousins.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Perkins Funeral Home assisted the family.
