KONGWEI BELL, age 23 of 12 Cardinal Drive, Ithaca, NY passed away unexpectedly of a broken heart on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at home.Born May 16, 1988 in Syracuse, NY he is the son of Liu Yang Bell and the late Arthur D. Bell. He was employed at both Cornell University and Ithaca College. An amateur radio enthusiast, he was second youngest in NYS to receive his ham radio license at the age of 13. He loved strongly and took loss very hard. In addition to his mother, Liu Bell of Spencer, NY, Kongwei is survived by siblings, Heidi Bell, Yumeng Bell, David Bell, and Richard Bell and also nieces and nephews.Private graveside services will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Spencer, NY at the convenience of the family.
