Lawrence A. (Larry) Burke

Lawrence A. Burke, 61 of Lansing, NY passed away Friday, April 7, 2023 at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY with his family by his side.

Born December 22, 1961 in Ithaca, NY he was the son of the late Robert and Mina Woodin Burke. Larry was a US Army veteran serving from 1980-1983. He was a drywall finisher and was constantly helping fix his family’s houses and cars.  He was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, camping and especially golfing. He was a member of the Flashing Feathers bow hunting club.

Larry is survived by his wife, Dianne Anderson Burke, his daughters, Christine Burke (Mike Drake) and Cynthia Davis (Cornelius); grandchildren, McKayla, Zoie, Zayvion, Zayden and Zaybriel; his brother, Richard Burke (Karin); mother in law, Phyllis Anderson; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.

Family and friends are invited to call from 10am until 12pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main St., Dryden, NY. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in memory of Larry to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
