Lawrence E. Hamilton, Sr.

Lawrence E. Hamilton, Sr., age 68, of Newfield, NY passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at his home.
Born October 20, 1948 in Montour Falls, NY he was the son of the late Theodore and Bernice Gunn Hamilton.
Larry is survived by his children, Lori J. Wood of Addison, NY; Adam Hamilton of Ithaca, NY; Todd Hamilton of PA; Rosa Hamilton of Newfield, NY; Bernice Herrington of Newfield, NY; and Seth Hamilton of Newfield, NY; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Robert Hamilton of Canandaigua, NY; Ronnie Hamilton of OK; Linda Krick of OH; Patty Hamilton of Spencer, NY; Bonnie George of OH; Richard Hamilton of Berkshire, NY; companion, June Reed of Ithaca, NY and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his children, Harley Hamilton and Lawrence Hamilton, Jr.; his brothers, Kenny Hamilton, Mickey Hamilton and Randy Hamilton.
A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, January 16, 2017 from 11 am - 12 pm at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main St., Dryden, NY. Burial will follow in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden, NY.
