Lillian Robbins

Lillian Robbins of Brooktondale, NY passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 101.

Lillian was born on April 8, 1923 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She moved with her family to the United States in 1930 where they purchased a farm in Brooktondale, NY. Her parents were William and Alice (Coward) Robbins. She was a twin to brother, Douglas as well as sister to Norman and Lloyd Robbins who preceded her in death. She has many surviving nieces and nephews here in the United States as well as Canada including a special nephew, Norman and his wife Mardie of West Melbourne, Florida and a special niece, Dorothy Lurmann of Canada.

Lillian enjoyed her life on the farm which included gardening, bird watching, writing poetry and helping with the many farm chores. She was very active at the Brooktondale Baptist Church for many years. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

There will be no calling hours or church service. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved twin, Douglas with a graveside service at noon on Wednesday, March 19th in Brookton Cemetery, Brooktondale, NY with Pastor Richard Lloyd officiating.
