Linda J. (Wanser) Haskins

Linda J. Haskins, 79 of Cortland passed away September 15, 2020 at Cayuga Medical Center. Linda was born on March 27, 1941 the daughter of the late Anthony and Helen Wanser of Whitney Point, NY.  Linda had worked for P&C in Cortland for a number of years.

She is predeceased by her sister, Marie Bird of Whitney Point, NY and her husband, Robert A. Haskins in 2017.

Survived by her loving children, Roberta (James) Smith of Florida, Susan King of Weedsport; step-children: Kimberly (Wes) Snover of Ogdensburg, Kathi (Robert) Craig of Cortland, Karen (Corey) Brenchley of Cincinnatus; sister, Jean Marvin of Auburn; grandchildren, Jessica (Patrick) Nolan and Brandon Ketchum; step-grandchildren; Julie, James, Jacob, Nathan, Samantha (Michael), Nicholas, Elizabeth, and Kaylee; great grandchildren, Peyton and Triston Nolan and Braxen and Zander Brenchley; step great-grandchildren: Jameson and Lennox Craig and her special friend, Kathy Burch.

Burial will be in Virgil Cemetery at the convenience the family.  Perkins Funeral Home, Dryden has arrangements. Contributions in Linda’s name can be made to Alzheimer’s Association of CNY.
