Linda M. Orton, age 78 of Brooktondale, NY passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center.
Born August 23, 1946 at home in the Town of Caroline, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Helen Albro Orton. She was retired from Borg Warner.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Sheila (John) Tagliavento; her son, Scott (Beth) Lajza; grandchildren, Josh (Cayla) Tagliavento, John (Nicole) Tagliavento, Maureen Tagliavento, and Troy (fiance`Mickey Rathbone) Tagliavento;10 great grandchildren; brothers, Harry (Joyce) Orton, Larry (Ethel) Orton, Bruce (Deb) Orton, and Herb (Kelly) Parker; sister in law, Kathy Parker and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. In addition, she was predeceased by her sister, Jeanette Wiiki; brother, David Parker and her grandson, Tim Tagliavento.
