Lisbeth P. Collacchi

Lisbeth P.  Collacchi, 87, of Ithaca, NY, passed away on January 7, 2024 after her long battle with Dementia.

Lisbeth was born in February 1936 to Cesar Pinedo and Alicia Rosas Pinedo in Cusco, Peru, South America. After graduating from grade school in Peru, Lisbeth moved to Ithaca, NY, to study and teach at Cornell University. After several years, Lisbeth returned to college and became a   Licensed Practical Nurse, the profession from which she retired.

In 1973, Lisbeth met John J. Collacchi in Ithaca. Lisbeth and John went on to have one child, Diego Collacchi. Lisbeth also has one other child from a previous marriage, Cesar Ibarra.

Lisbeth was predeceased by her husband John, sister Tula Pinedo de Lira, sister Rosa Pinedo, brother Washintong Pinedo, and brother Luis Pinedo. She is survived by her sons Diego (Tiffany Collacchi) and Cesar, grandchildren Emma and Connor Collacchi, and sisters Luz Marina Pinedo, Yolanda Pinedo, and Doris Pinedo. Lisbeth was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister and friend, and she will be missed for the light and joy she brought into this world

Calling hours will be held at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W Main St, Dryden, NY 13053, on January 21, 2024, at 2:00 PM, with services to follow at 3:00 PM.
