LORRAINE JANET LIVINGSTONE, age 77, of 41 Kelloggs Corners Road, Newfield, NY passed away Monday, November 19, 2012 at Cayuga Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born October 11, 1935 in Endicott, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harold Lewis and E. Pauline Hart Brinkerhoff.
She was the wife of the late Howard L. “Duke” Livingstone who died August 6, 2012, joining him on his birthday. Now together, they stand strong. She was an amazing artist and could re-create anything that caught her eye, by memory, often better than the original. She was an awesome baker and lover of ice cream, a love she shared with her loving niece, Casandra Bona.
She was employed by the old Ithaca Textiles and was referred to as “Mom” by many throughout the years and loved them all.Lorraine is survived by her loving children, Sherry (Debby) Russo, Tina (Brian) Fuller and Roxanne (Randy) Smith all of Newfield, NY; grandchildren, Heidi (Fred Leigh) Livingstone, Joshua Griffin, Aaron Griffin, Scott Smith, Troy Russo, Katie Fuller and Heather (Stan) Maleski; great-grandchildren, Austin Leigh, Cheyenne Bauer, Autumn Monroe and Amber Aiken; siblings, Marian Shepard, Doris Garrison, Louis (Agnes) and Gary Brinkerhoff and several nieces and nephews. A brother, Charles “Sonny” W. Brinkerhoff predeceased her.
