Lucille Marion Gladu of Slaterville Springs died July 23, 2014 at Cayuga Medical Center with her family by her side. Lucille was born at home in the Town of Ithaca on February 14, 1934 to Harold Marion and Hester Crispell Marion. Lucille worked for many years at Huntington Gardens. After her children were born, Lucille became a homemaker in the truest sense of the word. In addition to her family, Lucille's greatest loves were flowers, birds and nearly everything else that lived or grew outdoors.
