MARY PATRICIA FOLEY
, age 90 of Freeville, NY passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 at Cortland Regional Medical Center, Cortland, NY.
Born August 8, 1921 Cutchogue, Long Island, she was one of five daughters of the late Albert and Anna Gee Denzler and wife of the late Edward J. Foley who died in 1994. She had been employed in the cafeteria of the Dryden Elementary School prior to her retirement. She was a communicant and Friend of Holy Cross Church, a member of W.B. Strong Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary and former member of Levitown Fire Department Auxiliary.
Mrs. Foley is survived by her children, Margaret “Peggy” DiGiuseppe of Franklin, KY, Albert (Kay) Foley of Surfside Beach, SC, Maureen Foley of Coral Springs, FL, Dennis (Ronda) Foley of Freeville, NY and Kevin (Terry) Foley of Mc Lean, NY; sister, Eileen Walters of Southold, NY; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Bush, Anne Worth and Kathleen Foster.
Private funeral services will be held Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Perkins Funeral Home with Rev. Malachy Eloo Nwosu officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Glen Cemetery.
