Maryann (Krupa) Robinson

MaryAnn Robinson, 96 of Groton formerly of Lansing, NY passed away Monday, May 27, 2024 at Guthrie Cortland Nursing Home.

Born April 13, 1928 in Ithaca, NY she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mildred Semik Krupa and wife of the late William H. Robinson Jr. who died 34 years ago on May 27, 1990. She was a lifelong Tompkins County resident and a former member of Lansing Senior Citizens. She retired from Cornell University in January 1990.

MaryAnn is survived by her three children, Gary L. Robinson, Cathleen A. Hayes and Alan D. Robinson; grandchildren, Michael Otis, Michelle Hayes, Timothy Hayes, Matthew Robinson, Lynn Hayes, Dannon Hayes, Emily Robinson, Michael Hearn and Caitlin Cincotta. She also has many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a grandson, Ronald W. Hayes Jr.

Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation on Monday, June 3, 2024 from 10-11 am followed by a funeral service at 11 am at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main St., Dryden, NY. Burial will follow at Willow Glen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to either Cortland or Tompkins County SPCA.
