Maryjane (Snyder) Neff

MaryJane (Snyder) Neff passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. MaryJane was born on November 8, 1947, in Cortland NY. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Lois Snyder of McGraw NY.

She worked for several years at local municipalities as the village clerk. She was active with the New York State Clerk Treasures Association, her McGraw High School class of 1965, Dryden Kiwanis Club, Cortland DAV and the Southworth Library.

MaryJane leaves behind a loving husband of 53 years, Richard (Dick) Neff, a daughter, Annmarie (Neff) Card, a son and daughter-in-law Tim and Connie Neff. She has 5 grandchildren, Dylan Card (Adam), Dustin Card (Allyson), Daniele Card (Evan), Kassandra Neff (Tristin), and Ashley Neff (Dylan). She leaves behind a Great Grandchild, Lucas Card. She has 2 loving sisters, Bonnie (Malcolm) Heath and Karla Furney. MaryJane has many nieces, nephews, co-workers and special friends.

She loved to spend time with each of her grandchildren supporting them in their activities. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafts, crocheting, knitting, sewing, baking and spending time with those she loved.

She was a shining light to everyone that was lucky to know her.

Calling hours will be Sunday, January 16, 2022 at 1:00 with the memorial service to follow at 2:00 pm, at Perkins Funeral Home in Dryden NY.
