Mason Daniel Nash

On Tuesday, July 17, 2018, Mason Daniel Nash, loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend passed away unexpectedly in his parents arms at Golisano’s Children’s Hospital.
Mason was born on January 14, 2014 in Ithaca, NY to Gordie and Michelle Nash. Mason was truly a miracle and he was always surrounded by lots of love. He grew into a very independent, curious and adventurous boy. He was always smiling and truly cared about everyone. Mason loved his family and friends so much and it was apparent in the relationships he had with each of them. He would tell his Mom and Dad he loved them multiple times a day. He was the sweetest, most perfect boy.
Mason loved to hang out with his big brother John and his best friend Chloe, his dog. He also loved playing with his cousins and making new friends wherever he went. He loved books, swinging, dancing, swimming, superheroes and doing puzzles.
He is survived by his parents, Gordie and Michelle Nash; his brother, John; grandparents, Dan (Julie) Dean, Terry (Jeff) Woodcock, Gordie (Janet) Nash Sr; surrogate grandparents, Jerene (Bruce) Murray; aunts & uncles, Dan (Jen) Dean Jr, Matt (Laura) Gardner, Gabe Dean, Tiffany Dean, Holly Dean, Brandyn Hall, Whitney (Brandon) Woodmansee, Tyler Nash and Mike (Jen) Manos; lots of other aunts, uncles, cousins and longtime friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Sue (Bill) Gardner.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, July 22nd at 11am at Perkins Funeral Home in Dryden. Memorial Service to begin at 12:00pm, following the calling hours. Graveside service following at Quick (Brookton) Cemetery in Brooktondale.
