Maynard Leo Angell

Maynard Leo Angell, age 86, of Longview passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017, one day shy of his 87th birthday, at Cayuga Ridge, Ithaca, NY.
Born January 28, 1930 in Saratoga Springs, NY he was the son of the late Leo and Marian Swanick Angell and husband of the late Nancy Cramer Angell. Maynard was a Music Teacher with Highland Middle School in Highland, NY prior to his retirement.
Maynard is survived by his children, Scott M. (Brenda) Angell of Coconut Creek, FL, Timothy C. (Karen) Angell of Lodi, NY and Sherrie A. (Donald) Norman of Dryden, NY; four grandchildren, Sean, Bryan, Samantha and Marigold; his brother, Edward (Karen) Angell of Ballston Spa, NY and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Parkinson Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305 or Alzheimer's Assoc. of CNY; 441 W. Kirkpatrick St., Syracuse, NY 13204.
