MILTON PHILIP DAVIS,
age 81, of Danby, NY and formerly of Syracuse, NY passed away Thursday, October 21, 2010. Milton was born June 30, 1929 in Scranton, PA, a son of the late Rev. Frank and Ethel Buffton Davis. He had been employed for several years in many positions with General Electric in Syracuse and later with the East Syracuse/Minoa School District. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved photography and woodworking.
Survivors include his wife, Doris E. Davis of Danby, his sons, James (Deb) Davis of Danby, Philip Davis of Flint, NY and Daniel (Diane) Davis of Sherrill, NY; grandchildren, Michelle and Stephen Davis of Sherrill, NY and Scott Davis of Seneca Falls, NY.
Funeral services will be held privately at the Perkins Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Memorial Park, Town of Kirkland, NY. There are no calling hours. www.perkinsfuneralhome.com
