Minna M. Marsella, age 78, of Warwick, RI passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the Groton Nursing Facility, Groton, NY after an extended illness.
Born August 15, 1936 in Somerset, MA, she was the daughter of the late Florian and Minna Wright Banville. On May 26, 1956 she married Julio L. Marsella.
Mrs. Marsella is survived by her husband, Julio; children, Julio “Chip” (Elaine) Marsella of Richford, NY; Gina Marsella of Warwick, RI; Jo (Kieran) Murray of San Carlos, CA; Lisa (Colleen Clune)Marsella of Freeville, NY; James Marsella of Warwick, RI and Joseph Marsella of Warwick, RI; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Jacqueline Vieria and Gladys Sylvia; brother, Raymond Banville and several nieces and nephews. In addition, she was predeceased by sisters, Barbara Banville and Dorothy Norton.
