Patrick G. Centro

Patrick G. Centro, age 72, passed away on January 25, 2023, at Cayuga Medical Center surrounded by his family. Patrick was a loving husband and father of three. An avid outdoorsman, Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Recreation from Cortland State and thrived working in telecommunications. Patrick had an infectious personality and the ability to make anyone laugh. Patrick will be deeply missed with his generous spirit and deep integrity.

He is survived by his wife Gwendolyn Centro, son David (Erin) Centro, two daughters; Karyn (Donald) Handsom and Nicole Centro. Stepmother Patricia Barett, sisters Brenda Pakkala, Phyllis and brother Bill Walsh. 5 grandchildren: Landon, Anthony, Alyssa, Alexis and Ava. Also, many nieces and nephews as well.

A celebration of life will occur at a later date.
