ROBERT W. MILLER, age 61, of Freeville Road, Dryden, NY passed away Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 at home. Robert was born Jan. 19, 1952 in Ithaca, a son of the late Charles O. and Marion Hogberg Miller.

age 61, of Freeville Road, Dryden, NY passed away Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 at home. Robert was born Jan. 19, 1952 in Ithaca, a son of the late Charles O. and Marion Hogberg Miller.
He was graduated from Dryden High School in 1970 and from SUNY Morrisville in 1972. Robert was employed first at Cayuga Electric, then at the Common Ground and lastly at the Dryden Wine & Spirits store. For many years Robert was Co-Chairman of the Charles O. Miller Memorial Bowling Tournament and was the treasurer of the New York State Golden Retriever Rescue Club. He enjoyed bowling, gardening, spending time with friends & family and traveling on several Q-Country trips.
Survivors include his siblings, Charles (Sharon) Miller of Dryden, Kenneth (Barbara) Miller of Richford, Thomas (Cynthia) Miller of Dryden and sister, Diane (Charles) Miller-Yacavone; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at the Perkins Funeral Home with Pastor John Iler officiating. Burial will be private in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden. Friends are invited to call from 1 to 2 PM, Saturday at the funeral home, 55 West Main St., Dryden. Friends are invited to a reception at the DVMH,2272 Dryden Road, Dryden following the memorial service. Those wishing to remember Robert are asked to consider a memorial to The Dream Factory, P.O.
