Robert J. Niswender

Robert J. Niswender, 83, formerly of Homer, N.Y. passed away Thursday Nov. 24, 2016 following a short illness. Born Jan. 29, 1933 to Herbert and Mary Niswender in Scott, NY "Bob Who"was a longtime resident of Homer, NY and surrounding towns also living in FL, SC and AZ. during his lifetime. Robert was pre-deceased by brothers Kenneth & Larry Niswender. He is survived by his daughter Vicki Phinney of Cortland, NY, sons Leonard Niswender of Moravia, NY, John (Peggy) Niswender of Inman, SC, Eric Niswender of Auburn, NY and Duane (Nancy) Niswender of Moravia, NY, along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Following his wish, there will be no public visitation hours or service.
