Roger E. Holmes

Roger "Spunky" E. Holmes, 64, of Freeville passed away on November 1, 2016 at Cayuga Medical Center. He was born on December 10, 1951 the son of the late Roger and Doris Stockhouser Holmes.

Roger was an avid NASCAR and New York Yankee's fan. In his spare time he would spend outside, riding his customized scooter, and cracking jokes. Roger loved spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents he is pre-deceased by his brother Roderick Holmes, and his beloved dog Munchkin.

Roger is survived by The Love of His Life Doris Warner, 10 grandchildren, his sister-in-law; Clare Holmes, 1 great granddaughter, niece; Jessica Holmes and extended family and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Friday November 11, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main Street Dryden NY with a funeral service on Saturday at 1:00 PM.
