Tammy Mckane Abbey

Tammy J. McKane Abbey, age 53 of Newfield, NY passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Cayuga Medical Center.
Born October 29, 1964 in Cortland, NY she was the daughter of the late Raymond C. and Gloria Farrington McKane. Tammy has been in retail sales for several local stores including P&C, Tops and most recently Wal-Mart.
Tammy is survived by her children, Nicole (Jason) Bell of Freeville, NY and Patrick Abbey of Spencer, NY; grandchildren, Kole Bell, Tyler Bell and Collin Bell; brother, Michael McKane, sister, Alicia McKane and nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, Tammy was predeceased by her brother, Raymond in 2007.
Graveside services with interment will take place at 2pm, Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Ithaca, NY with Brother Ernie Newbury officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to: The Brain Aneurysm Foundation, 269 Hanover Street, Building 3, Hanover, MA 02339.
